What “nothing connected” means
We never log in to anything of yours. There is no bank feed, no marketplace connection, and no browser extension running inside your selling accounts. You download your own reports and upload them. That means there is no password of yours for us to lose.
What we never ask for
- Your bank login.
- Your marketplace passwords.
- A connection to your bank or any marketplace.
- Full card or account numbers in a message. If a statement includes them, upload the statement as your bank gives it.
What we do hold
The files you upload, kept exactly as you sent them and never edited. Your answers to our questions and the rules they become. The reports we produce. Your messages with us.
Who can see it
On Managed and Profit Review a bookkeeper reads your month, and that is the service you pay for. On Books and Insights nobody here opens your books unless you ask for help. Either way, every time someone here opens your account it is recorded, and you can see it on your Account page. Several views by the same person within an hour show as one line.

If you leave
Your books stay where they are while you decide. Your records and files are deleted 12 months after you leave, or sooner if you ask. We email you 30 days before that happens.
What we do not claim
We say what is true and nothing more: nothing passes through a mailbox, opening your account needs your login, and every view by us is in your access log. The full detail, including which outside services touch your data, is on the privacy page.
