Upload once a month. Get back a closed month.
You upload your marketplace reports and your bank statement. We match every payout to money that actually landed and check the month. Then the month is closed: by a bookkeeper on Managed and Profit Review, or by you, with one click, on Books and Insights. For resellers on eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Etsy.
- Nothing connected. We never log in to anything of yours.
- Ready by the 15th when your files are in by the 5th.
- Every check shown. Open any line and see the records behind it.
Start with your last month See a whole month closed
No card to look around. Works with your bank’s CSV, Excel or Quicken/QuickBooks download. No passwords to anything, ever.
Sample month, invented figures
All 20 payouts matched the bank.
CLOSED Closed and signed off by a bookkeeper on Tuesday, October 13. (A Managed plan month: on Books and Insights you approve it yourself.)
What you do, what we do, what you get
1. You upload
Download your reports once a month: your marketplace exports and your bank statement as a CSV, Excel, Quicken or QuickBooks file. The guide in your account shows where each one lives.
2. We prepare and check
Every payout is matched to a bank deposit. Eight checks run on the month. When one finds something, you see it with the records behind it, for example: one Etsy fee rate moved compared with last month: flagged and explained. You answer the few questions only you can, once.
3. The month is closed
Managed and Profit Review: a bookkeeper reads your month and signs it for you. Books and Insights: you look it over and approve it yourself in your account, with one click. Either way you get the report, with its charts in your account as well. In January you also get a year-end package your preparer can use.

Most tools give you numbers. We show you they add up.
Anyone can total a spreadsheet. The question that matters is whether the money the platforms say they sent you is the money your bank actually received. Below is August 2026, from the reselling business this was built for — not a mockup:
Seventeen eBay payouts closing to seventeen bank deposits, one for one, to the cent. You can open any line and see the two records it came from.
That's one month. Thirteen months of one reseller's real books have been through this — thousands of bank lines, five marketplaces, real mess included. Every check behind it is plain arithmetic, and you can see the two records behind every match and every finding. Each month ends the same way: checked, approved, closed. You approve it on Books and Insights; a bookkeeper signs it off on Managed and Profit Review.
What it actually does
Reads the reports you already have
eBay transaction reports, Poshmark, Mercari and Depop sales reports, Etsy monthly statements and deposits, plus your bank statement. Those five marketplaces are what we handle today — nothing else yet. If a file has a row we don't recognise, we stop and ask rather than quietly skipping it.
Works out your cost of goods
Item by item, or by the trip when one receipt covers forty items. Cash basis, which is what most resellers' accountants use.
Asks about the grey areas once
Some purchases could be business or personal and only you know which. Answer once per shop and we remember, so each month asks you less than the last.
Tells you when something is off
A payout that arrived short. A refund larger than the sale. The same charge twice. You see the records it came from, so you can check before you act.
Nothing connected
We never log in to anything of yours. You upload your own reports.
- We never ask for your bank login or marketplace passwords. You upload the reports yourself.
- Your numbers are used to keep your books, and for nothing else. Never sold, never shared with advertisers, never compared with another client's.
- Every time someone here opens your books, it's recorded, and you can see it on your Account page. Several views by the same person within an hour show as one line.
- Messages and files stay in your account, not in an email inbox.
- Leave, and your records and files are deleted 12 months later, or sooner if you ask.

Vera checks the arithmetic
Vera is the part of SoldAnchor that verifies your books — not an assistant, and not AI. Every payout match and all eight checks are plain arithmetic, with no AI involved. Vera doesn't guess. If a number looks wrong, you can see the two records behind every match and every finding.
That distinction matters. The strongest thing this product can tell you is that the money adds up — and a claim like that is only worth something if you can check it yourself. Eight checks run on the month. How we check
Where we use AI
Vera's checks use no AI, and no AI ever does arithmetic or sets a total. We use an AI model, Anthropic's Claude, for four narrow jobs:
- Sorting bank lines our rules don't recognise. It sees only the description, amount and date. When it is at least 85% sure, it files the line; when it isn't, you get a question instead. Money coming in is never sent to it. Every line it files appears in your month, and you can change it. On Books and Insights you look over the month before you approve it. On Managed and Profit Review your bookkeeper reads it.
- Reading receipt photos you add in Sourcing. Nothing it reads counts until you check it and confirm.
- Reading your listing titles. When a title names a brand, category or size, it picks it out for your sales analysis. It never changes an amount.
- Drafting replies to your messages. A person reads and edits every reply before it is sent.
We never add your name or account numbers to what we send it. It sees only what the job needs: the bank's description of a line (which can include whatever your bank prints there), the receipt photo you add, the listing title, or the message you wrote. More on the privacy page.
Who this is for
Resellers who sell on the five
eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Depop and Etsy, with a business bank account or a card used for the business.
Resellers who are happy to approve their own month
On Books and Insights we prepare and check the month, and you review it and approve it yourself, with one click. You are the one who closes it.
Resellers who want a person to sign it
On Managed and Profit Review a bookkeeper reads and signs your month, and that person shows in your access log.
Who it is not for
Amazon or Shopify sellers, anyone who wants a bank feed or a connection to their accounts, and anyone who wants tax advice. We are bookkeepers, not accountants.
Built by a reseller who got tired of this
This started because reconciling a month of Poshmark, eBay and Mercari against one bank account took an entire weekend, and the accounting software everyone recommends has never heard of a sourcing trip. Every parser here was written against real exports, from a real shop, with real mess in them. Read more on the about page.
Pricing
Every plan reads all five marketplaces. We don’t charge more because you sell in more places.
Never priced by marketplace count or transaction count.

The difference between Managed and Profit Review: Managed answers “are these books right?” Profit Review adds a written review of what your numbers show, each month, with written questions and answers in your account.
Which one? On Books and Insights we prepare and check your month and you approve it yourself. On Managed and Profit Review a bookkeeper reviews it and signs it for you. If you are comfortable reviewing and approving your own month, choose Books or Insights. If you want a person to read it and sign it, choose Managed.
Every plan includes the month you join and the two before it. Need older months done? Get current: a one-time catch-up, in blocks of three months, up to a year at a time. We take a limited number each month so we can do them properly.
Cancel whenever you like — your books stay where they are.
Questions people ask first
Which banks do you work with?
Banks that let you download your statement as a CSV, an Excel file, or a Quicken (.qfx) or QuickBooks (.qbo) file. We read the statement, not your bank login. Use the Quicken or QuickBooks download if your bank offers it: it names your account inside the file. We can’t read PDF statements yet, so please don’t send those.
Do you need my bank login or my marketplace passwords?
No, and we never will. You download your own reports and upload them. Nothing here logs into anything on your behalf, so there is no password of yours for us to lose.
Can my accountant use this?
That is what the year-end package is for. It has the year’s revenue, cost of goods and expenses by category, which your preparer fills a Schedule C from, plus a 1099-K reconciliation showing, platform by platform, that your books agree with what the marketplaces reported to the IRS. Where they differ, the difference is noted with the reason, usually a payout crossing year-end.
What if I've never done this properly before?
Start with last month. You’ll answer more questions the first time than you ever will again, because every answer becomes a rule we apply from then on.
Do you sell in somewhere that isn't on the list?
Then we can’t read that platform’s reports yet, and we would rather say so than have you find out after paying. Tell us where you sell. The list grows based on what people actually ask for.
Who can see my numbers?
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, and it is never compared against another client’s or sold to anyone. On the managed plans a bookkeeper reads your month, which is the service you are paying for. On the self-serve plans nobody here opens your books unless you ask us for help, and every time someone does, it is logged (several views by the same person within an hour show as one line).
How do you ask me about a transaction?
In your account, attached to the transaction itself, never over email or text. When you have a question for us, or think something is filed wrong, you ask in Messages in your account. Nothing passes through an inbox, opening it needs your login, and every time we open your account it shows in your access log (several views by the same person within an hour show as one line).
Who closes my month?
It depends on the plan. On Managed and Profit Review a bookkeeper reviews your month and signs it, so you do not have to. On Books and Insights we prepare and check the month, and you look it over and approve it yourself in your account, with one click. Either way we do the matching and the checks, and you answer the few questions only you can.
When are my books closed each month?
Your month is ready by the 15th, when your files are in by the 5th. On Managed and Profit Review a bookkeeper signs it then. On Books and Insights it is ready for you to approve, and it closes when you approve it. If files arrive later, it is ready within seven business days of us having everything. If we cannot make that, you hear it from us by the 12th, not on the 15th.
Do you use AI?
For four narrow jobs, never for arithmetic: sorting bank lines our rules don’t recognise (only when it is at least 85% sure; otherwise you get a question), reading receipt photos that you then confirm, sorting product titles, and drafting message replies that a person edits before sending. Vera’s checks and every total are ordinary code.
What won't you do?
We are bookkeepers, not accountants. We do not prepare or file tax returns, and nothing we produce is tax, legal or investment advice. We will not tell you how to structure your business or what to invest in. We will get the numbers right and show you what they say.
What happens if I stop?
Cancel whenever you like. Your books stay where they are, and your records and files are deleted 12 months after you leave, or sooner if you ask. We email you 30 days before that happens.
Which months can I backfill?
This month and the two before it are included on every plan from the month you join. Older months are a one-time catch-up in blocks of three months, up to a year at a time, from your Status page when we have room; if not, message us.
